Hi All,

I have the one x preffered working on Android no problem, my problem is I cant get it going on I Phone it just fails to connect to my server. Has anyone managed to get it working??? it seems it cant connect on port 8444 which you can enter on the android setup but not I phone. any ideas??

Are they both using the same cellular provider? Is there a space in the user name, i think they fixed, but there used t be an issue on iPhone tat you could not have a space in the username.

We use it everyday for most of our employee base who have a combination of iOS and Android devices.

Have you gone to Settings > Mobile to verify the server URL/Username/Password? The setup of the app on iOS is simpler than it is in Android although it is made confusing because iOS puts app settings under Settings outside of the app where Android has the ability to change app settings from within the app itself.
