One-X Agent Transfer Issue

Hello -

We are currently using One-X Agent 2.5 SP1 Patch 1 in "Other Phone" mode. The other phone extensions are all DID's off a Siemens switch.
Whenever an agent attempts a transfer the client completely locks up and gives the error "Operation Failed - Add call to work item failed" and then we get an "Operation Failed - Unhold call failed" when we try to connect back to the initial caller. At this point the client must be shut down and reopened.

Has anyone seen this type of behavior before?

Looks like you need to upgrade to patch 2 which states it fixed:

wi00899032 One-X agent application/work item locksup during transfer intermittently.

Is there a SP 1 Patch 2? Or are you saying go back to R2.5 (no service pack) and add Patch 2?

Reading the read me notes on 2.5 patch 2 does sound like our issue, but it seems odd to me to go backward.

My apologies, SP1 Patch 1 is a later release.

And according to Avaya documentation it also includes the wi00899032 fix.

We did find out there was a new CM Patch that came out about a month ago that we needed to load, once we did this the problem disappeared.

We'll be migrating to Windows 7 sometime "soon", can you tell me what version of CM you are on and what patch resolved this? I'd just like to have it in my archives in case we run into the same issue.
