One-X Agent Logout Issue

Hi -

We have recently installed One-X Agent 2.5 SP1. For some reason if an agent is in the "Ready" state,they cannot change directly to Logout. Everytime they do it gives them an "Operation Failed, Agent Logout failed" message. If they are in Aux and go to logout it appears to work fine. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes we did and here's the fix.

You have two choices:

They need to aux out first (wait for green to go to yellow, then logout

OR

The best way is:

Add logout button to favorate bar, then they won't have to aux out.
1. Up in the top right-hand corner click the drop down arrow and click on Agent Preferences
2. Click on User Interface
3. Click on Select Favorite Buttons
4. Check Logout button

Now if you don't have a log out box to check let me know.
