One X Agent Error 1

Using Windows 7. Get this error on station login.
Login Error

Your attempt was unsuccessful due to unknown reasons.
Please refer the troubleshooting guide or contact your system administrator.


Any ideas

only thing we could find that worked for us was to remove the software and re-install.

Check denial events in the PBX.

display events

Change Category to denial.

Change the date to the date it happened.

Change the extension number to 82778 and see if there is a denial event.
