One-x after Re-ip

Needed to re IP the IPoffice once at install location, but not until I had already completed the ignition process on the bench off site. I went into providers, deleted old IP and added new IP of IPO. "put" the changes and rebooted server. Waited and hour and still get the FAILED connection to provider listed with the old IP showing in the component name. I am following the docs to the T, but no luck. If I go in to edit providers again the correct IP is listed. Looking for help on how to get new IP for IPO loaded into one-x server

This is one-x portal on an app server 9.1.0

Assume your changing both providers - csta and dsml. if so use the admin menus to check the portal can see the ipoffice. then, unless you've done a lot of portal customisation such as gadgets then with portal its probably easiest to just reinstall.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
