Hi all,

I ahve a site with BCM50 connected to a BSR222, the BSR has a static real IP on its wan.

I have a client that connects to the BSR using NVC10.x & uses i2050 to call an i2002 set on the main site.

the i2002 on the site hears & the i2050 but the i2050 cannot hear the i2002.

the encryption is: ESP - 128-bit AES with SHA1 Integrity
the IKE Encryption and Diffie-Hellman Group is: Triple DES with Group 2 (1024-bit prime)

any ideas?

Does your BSR222 show the tunnel is established? If so, check all your default gateway settings on all devices.

Check the gateway of the phone. Although the signal passes through the switchboard, (so you hear the ring), the voice passes through the gateway. It should be configured to have the same IP as the IP of the Router.
