Calling from HQ> x5582 can call the below x5267 and the remote worker can hear them,they are on NR 11/Medpro 11. I can't hear them and I'm on NR 10/Medpro 7.

How can I fix when calling from HQ NR10/Medpro 7 to a remote worker on NR11/Medpro 11 there is two-way audio?

try using g.729 codec for going across the wan.

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

What network region should I use g.729
for going across the WAN? NR 10 or NR 11?
