Hi all Please assist, We have Four branches Three of them have IPO version 9 and One with Cisco Pbx, So Branch A with Avaya IPO connects to Branch B with SIP Via VPN Tunnel, Everything works fine when calling through SIP now my problem is When im seating on Branch B where there is Cisco PBX and use an AVAYA IP Phone configured to use the AVAYA settings through VPN, The problem arise when i want to call Branch C if i dail fromm Barnch B throuh SIP via VPN Connection via Branch A to Branch C via SIP On MPLS Connection the call connects fine but i can only get one way Speach i can hear the person on the other side but he cant hear me, What could be the problem
 
This is a data routing issue
The Extn. at 1 site cannot route its voice data through to the Extn. at the other.

This is easy to prove if you disable Direct Media Path
The correct resolution is to fix your routing tables.

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
