I have this strange problem that I hope that you can help me with.

I have a CS1000S (Actually a CSE1000 running Succession 2.0) that is connected via a tie to CS1000M (Option 61C upgraded).

We use CDP to connect the sites. At the CS1000S site , the tie is provided via a TMDI 1.5Mbps cards with a D-channel connected to a passport 6480.

At the CS1000M site the link is also provided as a tie from a passport 6480 connected to a DTI/PRI Card.

Calls can be made and two-way communication by dialing from the CS1000S to the CS1000M.

However when we call from the CS1000M to the CS1000S the phone on the CS1000S rings but there is no sound on either end.

Do you have any ideas on how to deal with this?

your needing to do some trac from the 61 side of that path.. your getting ring back so the call is usually in low que somewhere.. i would trace both switches, the 61 side (old 61) with msgo and the 81 with msgi x in 96 along with ld 80 trac.. might be a hardware problem but sounds more like a network (ld 87) issue

I got these prints.

We use extensions 8xxx for the CS1000S site and 2xxx for the CS1000M site. I am seeing an OMSG ALERT. Could this be an indicator?

I'm sure you have it resolved by now. Just for curosity, what was the issue? When I hear one way speach, the first thing that comes to mind is an access list issue.
