one way audio

We have the following issue:
We have an IPO500 V2 R8.1(69) with a SIP trunk
They place an outside call. On the other site an Auto Attendant answers. As soon as our customer make a choice in the menu, when the call gets transfered to an extension,
there is one way audio.
Anyone any idea how to solve this?
 
You would first need to find out what is causing it, a good start is a Monitor trace.

If you don't know what the issue is how would you solve it?
You might think that the "one way audio" is the issue, but that's just the symptom =)

Possible a network routing issue (but that would affect all calls)

also work checking keep-alives are enabled a well as re-invite & PRACK


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
