I have an issue with one way audio that maybe someone has come across before.. I have IP networking between two 3300s sites which works ok internally calls go across and all is ok, two way audio, until an external SIP call comes in and goes across the IP networking to a user on the other system, then I get one way audio.. i.e. the external caller can hear the user ok but the internal user cant hear them.
I can route an external caller across the ip networking and breakout ok at the other side ok, two way audio.. So I just don't know why when the external caller wants an to talk to a user at the other side I get one way audio.
If I route the external caller over the backtoback E&M trunks and the Mitel 3300 (E&M trunks) holds the call all works ok. two way audio between the external caller to the user at the other side..
any help appreciated.
