is this possible.

TN 9 0
K0 2121 - calls come in on DID

K2 3131 - calls come in on DID

on no response (call forward on no answer)
can 2121 go to voicemail
and 3131 go to another extension/ cell phone

or is the only way to have 2 phones (TNs)?

thanks in advance

you can't do this on the phone itself. you can set up 2 phantoms, dcfw to the phone & fdn to their respective targets

WDHB, won't senk1s only need a phantom TN for key 2's hunt/fna?

the way i ended up doing this was using an analog TN (which they have a lot avbl) and used the fdn to redirect the call on no answer ...

thanks

Depending on the way the vendor charges for Phantom vs. regular analog ports, you may want to just use a phanton TN with the Hunt and FDN for where you need the second line to go.

Just a thought. Also, this doesn't use up an actual Analog TN on a card, so if they ever need to add a bunch of analogs, that's one more available port.
