One-Step-Trasfer on MD100 + Genesys Outbound + Dialogic.

I HAVE a serious problem of confiugurazione of my PBX Ericsson MD110 with CTI 6,1 Genesys and Genesys OUTBOUND Solution 6.5.2. When the dialer (dialogic) it transfers the call to operator callresult = Abandonate, while instead the call it has been correctly answer. The problem is from see again in the management of the transfer that in order to work is TWOSTEP and the call to the operator is one CONSULT E' possible with Ericsson MD 110 to make calls flash one step with dialogic E1?
