I have a remote user that VPN's back to the office and has a 5621SW IP phone. When callers from the main office and also those from other locations via our SCN call the remote user, the intermittently experience echo with the their voice. The remote users never has any issues and is unaware that the call or the other person on the other line is experiencing an echo. Some times when the call is hung up and a new call is placed, the problem is temporarily fixed. I have tried different compression modes, but the problem still persists.
The VoIP Silence Suppression & theEnable Fasstrat for non-Avaya IP phone is unchecked.
Would any adjustment to the TDM ->IP Gain or IP-> TDM Gain all on the H323 Extension fields.
