I have CICS 8/16, 4.1, with Flash 4. Four lines set for broadcast mode. M7324 devices. CICS is set for one ring (zero rings was not an option). Flash is set to answer all four lines, set for zero rings. However incoming lines ring once at all phones before Flash answers. I tried assigning lines to each phone, changing setting from Unassigned to Appr Only (thanks to help from earlier question). This solves the one-ring problem. However this then programs four buttons for the four line numbers. I hate to lose four buttons. Is there any other way to elminate the one ring? Thanks. John.

Sounds like you had a broadcast hunt group setup.

Assigning or unassigning lines to a group It's a good idea to set a hunt group's line Prime set to None. This avoids
delayed ring transfer of external hunt group calls to the Prime set before the hunt group can receive the call.
A line can only be assigned to one group.

Goto system programing> hunt groups>
1. When the display shows Member sets:
2. Press Next: The display shows Line assignment
3. Press Next: The display shows Show line:
4. Enter the line number you want to program, press
SCAN to go the first line assigned to this group or press
LIST to go to the first line in the system.
5. Press CHANGE: to program the line as unassigned or Assigned.
*HGnn* means the line is assigned to another hunt group.

After you remove lines from hunt group then go and unassign the lines under terminal and sets.

Good Luck!!
