Hi

I run Office Pro 2003 on Windows 2000 with some addins and sync to a palm.

In Outlook I had a recurring appointment to remind me to do something each month. The actual entry in the calender is no longer there, I don't recall deleting it but .... however I get the reminder popup and when I open or dismiss the reminder I get the message

"Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded again. Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not valid".

Does any body know how I can correct this problem? Is there registry key for reminders?

Solved the problem

Found the answer, which I am sure you did. In this instance Google beat Tek-Tips.

If you go to

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;197180

it tells you what to do.
