Hi we have an IP 500 which we will be intergrating with Lync 2010, i can route DDIs to Lync users but what i would like to know if anybody has managed to setup a DDI that rings Mobile phone, Lync and desktop phone al at the same time.

Any advice would be helpfull thanks

You might want to set up some virtual users on the switch to forward the calls off to the lync softphone, then have all the devices twinned.

You cannot have that, twinning can only be done with two targets unless MS Lync can do that ( I don't think so but surprise me )

A simple mind delivers great solutions

When you integrate Lync with the IP500 then i suggest to go for the client integration.
Lync will be a add on to your despphone.
Then you can also use mobile twinning.
Lync as a softphone is not supported on the IPO.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Nearly there,

I managed to set simultaneoussly ring in lync to my internal extension and my user has mobility twinning enabled when i call my DDI my lync software rings and my desktop phone rings but my mobile does not ring at all even though i have mobility twinning enabled.
