one incoming email to multiple recipients?

i would like to have an email come in to multiple reciepients mailboxes...i have seen an article on this somewhere a while back, but would someone be able enlighten me please?

Create a distribution list in MS Exchange go the the propeties of the list and when you add names to it click on the email address tab and assign an internet mail address to it.
