One G3r - Two Voice Mail Systems?

Has anyone had any experience using two different voice mail systems with one G3r?

Specifically how would we administer the message waiting indicators so that the correct voice mail system lit up the correct MWI?

PBXmann,

With two vm systems you'll need to set-up two hunt groups, two comm links, two comm processor interfaces, etc. Each vm system has a unique node number.

"Audix" is not a permissable answer, be more specific.

WHCARon - Thank you. Did all that and it is working. I'm just not getting any MWI lights from the Intuity Audix.

orypecos - One is Intuity Audix. The other is Octel. Octel is the primary and works fine, MWI lights and all. The Intuity Audix works fine too when I direct someone's coverage path to the hunt group for Audix. However, I do not get any MWI.

I have both Octel and intuity Audix stand alone. Audix "talks" to the G3 via an X.25 link. Octel uses mode code. Both turns lights on and off. There is two different hunt groups. Below is page 2 of the Audix hunt group: HUNT GROUP

1a22ip, thanks for all that info. Unfortunately it's still not working. The Intuity (which is hooked up via LAN) shows that the mwi is being turned on, yet it does not turn on. It does turn on fine when a msg. is left on the Octel and the station settings are changed as you show for Octel.

Also, please note that I have a field called "Messaging Server Name". It won't let me put anything in there.

The only way that I have managed to get this going, is to multi-site the Intuity Audix and hang it off a secondary switch.
I cold find no way of getting the message waiting light working for both the Octel and the Intuity Audix when connected to the same site.

It should work just fine, I currently have a Centigram and an Intuity hooked up to a G3R and a Prologix with no problems you just have to have all the info matching in the station LWC entries Audix Name and Switch number in the mailboxes on the Intuity.
