one form, data based on selected field

I would to use one form to display the data for the user. However, I would like the data to change based on the department code selected. How can this be done?

Perhaps a combobox (just following the wizard) ?

When in Form design view be sure the wizard icon of the controls toolbar is checked and then the wizard should be automagically launched when you create a new control.

Have you ever used the filter option on the form properties? Is that an option?
