How do I create a chart that represents one data point at the intersection a an x and y value

Example

Name Sales DPC
SJA 1000 200
JWE 2500 400
KOP 1500 300

I want to graph the intersection sales and DPC with the name beside the data point.

I want the x axis to be the sale values, the y axis the DPC value. Place one point at the intersection of the values for SJA and label the data point SJA.

Once you plot the XY values for Sales and DPC, you will need Rob Bovey's chart labeler at

If you download the file, execute it, and then go to C:\Program Files\AppsPro\ChartLabeler and double click on XYChartLabeler.xla, the labelling options will be available under Tools.
