One CDP DID call at a time to Call Pilot.

situation: Option 81c with DID trunks -3vce, remote succession option 11c off or 81c with 32 VoIP trunks. Call Pilot on 81c.
inbound DID calls on the 81c ment for the 11c r CDP'd to VoIP trunks. and all works great.
Problem: except for when the 11c phone is call fowarded to any off site CDP extension, for example the Call Pilot CDN. The 1st DID call goes and fine. but while listening to the voice mail box greeting and placing the next DID call you recieve a fast busy. DCH MSGing shows the call getting the basic network congestion error. its not a bandwidth problem (fiber between sites) when using just the DN (NON DID, 5digit cdp dial) it works everytime.

On the virtual route, try to turn TRO to YES(if avaliable)
I guess something wrong in Node definition.

Is VoIP trunk goes through VGW channels or ITG?
Which RLS?
Do you have SigServ?

Sig Serv = Yes. VGW = yes. routing via CDP only, not via Sig Serv. RLS 4.5 with latest Dept list.

I'll give TRO a try, that makes sense. However remember, using 5 digit dial the calls work everytime. Ill post an update.

Is the same situation work fine locally?
I mean try to reach a set on 81C forwarded to Voice mail then while listenning greeting place a new call to the same set. Is it working fine or not?

If not OK, solve it first.

If OK, give a trace of wrong call by telneting the SS and log in with level1 password.

great point and idea. i'll try that out! but after VAC, 2 weeks for me. expect an update around july 10th-ish. thanks for the ideas.

You said except for when the 11c phone is call fowarded to any off site CDP extension..Go into LD 21 and PRT RDR check OPT to see if CFF or CFO CFF uses class of forwarding set to send call back out via CallForward. CFO uses cos of trunk usually 0. Also check TIM FOPT in cdb ( LD 21 prt type TIM) Turn off FOPT by changing TIm in LD 15 FOPT 0
if defaut at 14 CFW suspended on a set that has just forwarded a call off node 14 = 28 seconds
