I have set up a Hunt Group with diversion to a Voice Mail Box on all members absent and busy.
The problem is that I need to set up an announcement for out of hours:
I set up a hunt group with no members and diversion permitted then CDINI to a Subscriber mail box with answering on a Call Processor.
- the out of hours announcement needs to be activated by follow me *2*.
The problem is that it does not over ride the CDINI and you get the original Voice Mail box.
- Am i right in thinking that it is picking up the first association with One Box?
Any help greatly appriciated

There are many way and levels of complexity to do this..
A work-around I can think of is setting the After hours DIV to an extension, not another huntgroup.
Set up a new extension with the DIV to your VM(VoiceMail)server hunt group, plug the phone in, set a key to CALL DIVERT, select it and unplug the phone.
This way, the calls automatically go to VM and you do not get a BROKEN PHONE message. The same thing can be done with an ADN extension.

Configure a key on a members phone (Manager?) to do the FOLLOW-ME to the extension created above while logged into the HuntGroup.(KSFKC:DIR=____,KEY=___,FCN=TNS,DIG=A2AxxxxB; -replace xxxx with your After-hours extension.).

Sorry to hi-jack your thread, but is the Onebox Admin software freeware, or do you have to purchase it? Only I have taken over responsibility of Onebox and have no access to it.

Ericsson and free are mutually exclusive terms.......

The Admin application is on the OneBox server.....if you want to access it remotely you need either a remote desktop connection or PC Anywhere (or similar app).

Good luck,
