One Box 4.01

We are facing an issue with the messaging system.

System : (MX ONE TSW)
VERSION: CXP1010101/4/TSWSP04/R5A

One Box is installed in Win 2003 server (Integrated in MX-One TSW -ESU)
No.of Ports :4 (SIP Integration)
Type of extension :IP
All the extensions in this exchange is IP

The voice mail is configured and is working. We are facing an issue like
1. When a call reaches the extension and after 6 rings it reaches voice mail (With PELPI CMD)the prompt starts saying "The person not available, after the tone start recording and press any key to end recording".
After the tone I leave a message and end it with any key. Then no response... After that it comes back saying you have exceeded the limit and says to record again prss 4 and after the tone I started recording and when finished press any key. This time it says "Thank you" and I send the message by pressing "5".
WHAT I MEAN IS THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN THE SECCOND ATTEMPT.
The same with all extensions.

Anyone experienced this??? If so please help.

Let us have some printouts like VMGEP;, ICFUP;, IPEXPIR=voice mail ports;, GHDAPIR=VOICE MAIL GROUP;, GEDIPIR=voice mail port;
PELPPIR= one of the users that are complaining;

I would add/change:
VMGEI:GRP=600,IFCIND=1:
GHCAC:GRP=600,QUE=0,SEL=110000,SERV=10000;
And set the ONECAL to "1" for the users.
Maybe increase the time from "6" to "10" for the PELPI.

Let me have the GESPP:CSP= for the users;

Please post the IPGDP:LIM=(actual LIM);
And the CADAP; TSW version + the s/w version of the Messaging 4.01 SP? HotFix? etc...

And a third thing...
To me it seems that ALSO a few service packs are missing.

If you hear this prompt: "You have exceeded the limit" and your Messaging server runs s/w 4.1, then this fault was corrected by installation of 3 SP's or Patches: 39966, 39600 and 39390.

you just made an upgrade of the release or have even added the group 600 to the command VMGEI?
(VMGEI: GRP = 600, IFCIND = 1)
