? on incoming call caller ID

I guys,

I cant remember how to fix this, i didn't see that problem since 2006...

IPO 9.1 Server
IPO 9.1 Expansion with PRI

on incoming call, I see in Monitor, System Status and the phone ? followed by the caller ID...

Anybody remember?

The call goes to voicemail but you can pick up the call even if it is in the voicemailbox.
It can be enabled on the phone but I cannot find it in the manuals,
