On hook / Off hook dialling 11 digits

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with a director of ours. He wishes to dial a 05511 4301** number.

When dialing on hook, the call will make the outgoing call.
when dialling off hook, the last digit will not appear on the phone display and will not connect the call.

I have also tested - 1 - dial on hook (works) 2- redial off hook (works) 3 - dial off hook (not working)

An external call must use 9 prefix

We are using a CS1k running 5.5 and the phone on his desk is an Avaya 1120. I have a 1120 on my desk and i can dial the number on hook and off hook and i cannot see any difference in settings.

Please help its staring to bug me. Any ideas what might be causing this??

Another trick is to dial the ACOD of the route and then the full number, assuming that you aren't blocked via TARG/TGAR. Make sure that you don't use the initial "9" as it's not needed.

Thank you for responses. I will contact our vendor and offer this as advice.

quick question, as i mentioned i have not really used LD 90.
Changing FLEN from 10 to 11, What does this do???

FLEN is the number of digits the system expects to receive before accessing a trunk and sending a call
