Looking for instructions on how to make a call ringback to the agent that placed the call on "hold" after a specific amount of time.

Hi I think you want the Long Hold Recall Timer, which is on the system parameters features page



Long Hold Recall Timer (seconds): 0
Reset Shift Timer (seconds): 0
Station Call Transfer Recall Timer (seconds):
