I don't normally handle Definity System, but when the reception console on a Definity G3 has a held call it will block all incoming calls once the on hold ringback starts ringing. Please Help.

Hardware Platform? Definity software version?

Answer it and put it back on hold.
Extend the ringback time.

Avayatier3: Does the attendant lockout keep you from answering calls once the ringback begins?

I have a customer with this same problem.

All incoming calls are locked out when the call on hold is ringing back. Is this normal?
