Does anyone know if this is available on powered by IPO? If so, how do you configure it please?

It's the same as IP 500 call recording, on-demand will save the call recording in the user voicemail.

Would to some degree depend on what you mean by "on demand".

If you mean user triggered then what devices are the users using for calls. If its an Avaya phone, then add a Call Record button and look at the user's Voice Recording settings to choose where the recordings should go (the manual recording destination is set to their own mailbox by default as Johnhyde said).

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks for the reply's guys. I finally got it working and as Johnhyde says - its exactly the same config as on an IP500

The voicemail used by Containerized IP Office is Voicemail Pro, just with all the call flow customization side hidden. Those who've been around long enough should think Voicemail Lite with call recording and the ability to create Embedded Voicemail style auto-attendants from within web manager.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
