I am getting the following error message. I have checked my references...fine. I just have a button on a form that when clicked run code in a module. It does not even make it to the first line of code on the form. It seems to be stuck understanding the "On Click" button. I have other databases and they have the same code and button and they work just fine. I also have tried compiling, compacting and repairing. Nothing has worked. Do you have a suggestion?

Thank you for your help.

The expression On Click you entered as the event property setting produced the following error: A problem occurred while Microsoft Access was communicating with the Ole Server or ActiveX Control.
* The expression may not result in the name of a macro, the name of a user-defined function, ot [Event Procedure].
* There may have been an error evaluating the function, event, or macro.

You really need to post the code behind the button for us to help. The code in the module would be nice, too!

I just found the error. I had a subform that had lost its "recordsource". I pointed to the correct table and all buttons are functioning. Thank you so much for your help.
