On Call Notification when Calling a Busy Extension?

How can I get some notification when you call an extension that a person is already on a call. Right now I don't seem to get any notification on LCD that they are on a line? Nortel used to say on another call on the LCD. Thanks

I think the 10.0 software level gives this.

To be honest I did play around with this but you had to reduce the call appearance and set reserve last CA

You will have to do a trial and error to test this but it does work ..all Beit not as good as Nortel

You had to enable it it system settings page

This is from another post on here that I copied into my IP Office notes folder.

In 10.0 you configure it through IP Office Manager or Web Manager as normal. Look for the atrociously named setting "Advertize Callee State to Internal Caller

thank you, I forgot to mention I was on 11.1. I will look into this. I appreciate the help
