on an IPS2000 display caller ID on virtual 1

On an IPS2000 display caller ID does not display on virtual extensions.
Can that be done? Can it display the caller ID on a virtual?
How about if I program instead of a virtual, an unequipped len?

3 lines of LCD? The model of the phone is what I meant. I believe you need 3 lines of LCD to get the name and number. The older phones had 2 lines of LCD.
