I can't believe I did this but I was working on my computer I have had win98/win2k dual boot for 3 months now and I decided to just stick with win2k. I had problems for the past 3 days getting rid of 98 I tried fdisk, format from 2k side and yesterday I finally got fdisk to work BUT I didn't format the c: drive before I rebooted computer.!! OMG
ok c: and d: are one hard drive c partition is 15 gig with win98 and d partition is 15 gig with win2k but of course c: is the active partition. Now all I get is "searching for boot record from Ide-0..OK" and it stays there.
I tried boot disk wont work it doesn't go that far.
PLEASE tell me how to fix this.
amd 1000Mhz computer dvd,cd-rom,128mb ram,30 gig HD
Thanks in advance
