Where exactly do I find the user contacts?

Here's the problem...
I setup a user account under one name, but was having trouble with a few things so I removed the account and set up a new account with the same first name but different last name. We only use first names with our email (eg: chris@domain.com), so the user had the same email address. In the previous account I had setup a contact so the user could get her mail forward to an AOL address. Now when I try to add a contact for the new user it says the aol address already exist, but I can't seem to find it (or any other contacts) listed anywhere. Maybe I just had a long week at NAB and have lost my mind but where are the contacts located.

I've looked under Recients/Address Templates/All COntacts, I've looked in Manage Users...

Please help me, I need to remove the previous aol address from the contacts.

The mail enabled contact should be in Active Directory Users and Computers
