OLK2003 invite contact to appointment on behalf of another user

Hi,
we have a boss who has his sec manage his mails, contacts and calender. She can make an appointment in his calender and she can see his contacts in "Other Contacts". Now, her boss wants that she sends an appointment from HIS calender to one of HIS contacts.

When she opens the appointment, she can only send it to one of her contacts (or address list entries) and cannot see any of his. When she opens one of HIS contacts, she can send it an appointment but it ends up in HER calender, not HIS.

There must be a way to do it right.

P.S. We work with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough. The correct question was how to add another user's Contacts folder to your own address book.
