OLI on MICS 5.0 1

Outbound PRI calls aren't sending OLI. Was there an issue with this on pre-6.1MR, or am I assuming correctly that this has to be a LEC issue?

No issues with OLI on MICS 5.0. 95% chance it's telco. Rik, what is it sending, BTN, gibberish, or restricted?
