we GSM operator in the US, we use Nortel equipment and have MSC version NSS17
The problem we are facing is as follows.
In a scenario of Call forwarding of an incoming call, we replace the A number and forward the call for termination at the new A Number. in some cases the B Number is missing.
This couse the call to be rejected by the terminating party. reason been that the Nortel sets the OLI field by default to value 62, and when the CLI is missing it result with call rejection.
Any ideas how to deal with this situation, like how to set the OLI to 0
