OLE Server error

I am having an issue on one computer when the user closes a form. The error says that there was a problem occured wile the database was communicating with the OLE server. This only occurs when this one form closes adn only on this one computer. This form is not using any linked tables or any forms.

The three solutions offered by Access are:
1. Make sure your connected to server where application is located.
2. Close OLE server and open outside of database.
3. Re-install the OLE Server

The problem is, I don't know where this error is occurring. Has anyone experienced a problem like this and if so, how did you solve it.

Can you bring up a debug window and see where the error is happening. I got something simmilar to that when i closed a form, some part of the code was still running and it couldn't find its needed controls, so i just put an on error statement in the beginning of the code. But you'll need to find what modual is causing this.
