Currently I insert an OLE object(lets say a Microsoft Word document about 5 pages) into my view/program. It forms a rectangle with no problem. And I can scroll in that rectangle with my arrow keys down to the end of the document. But yet when I try to print and/or print preview it only shows that first page inside the rectangle. I want to print the whole thing (5 pages). Help Please. Thank You. Also if you want to see an example I noticed also WordPad does the same thing as my program. It only shows or prints the first page in the rectangle when you insert an object. Thanks for your help.

Kevin,

Are you using the printing interfaces of the OLE object?

No I was just calling the "View" Print command (OnPrint). Pretty much the same way you would do "File-Print". Except doing it all automated. I am new to OLE so do you think that is what I am doing wrong I need to look at these printing interfaces?

A little about what I am doing.
My small project automatically inserts a document into a view by the file name. And then selects a specific printer and finally prints it out automatically. Everything works fine except this printing only the first page. Oh one more thing this is just a OLE Container. I did not write my own OLE Server unless you think that could be the problem?

That would be a good place to start. There should also be sample code and articles on MSDN and MSDN Online that discuss printing OLE documents and even specifically MS Word documents.

Good luck
