we have 2 voice mail types on a nortel 81 2600 & 2300

how do i view all the old voice mail users (2600)

need to print a report off the switch to view all users dn

ld 82? i need the commands please

i need to run a report from the switch that indicates what phones are on the 2600 voice mail system. My request is to find out how to do that in LD 82. So can you send me the step by step instructions to run this report off the swtich so i can put together a report for my management.

fdn 2600
hunt 2600

is how they show up on the call pilot / OC tel build

2600 is the old voice mail system

fdn 2300
hunt 2300

is the new voice mail system

just need to prt all users using fdn or hunt 2600 or even the MWK 2600 key

The only way you will get that info is to prt the TNB and capture it as a text file and import it in to a spreadsheet like you will find on

If your using Procomm or some other program, you do
LD 20
REQ PRT
TYPE THB
TN ------------Return until it prints and save the file as a TEXT file.
