Old template design won't go away

I'm in the 2nd round of template revisions. Revisions Round One displayed button changes, but the revised link didn't work. Round Two revisions have mysteriously reverted to the original without ANY changes.

After I changed the template, it automatically updated all of the pages that used it. I uploaded revised pages and revised template to the website. It shows the unchanged original, 2 versions back!!!! It works on my local machine zone, but not the web site. What's the solution?

I'm pretty new at this but perhaps you need to clear your cache.

Thanks for the suggestion but I've already emptied the cache folder and rebooted my machine. It didn't work.
