Hello,

I'm currently running into an issue with subscriber mailboxes restoring old greetings and spoken names from previous employee's mailbox. Has anyone ever run across this before? My global team just tells me to delete the subscriber and wait a bit before recreating it, but that hasn't worked...

Thanks

It would help to know what kind of system you are talking about. Do you mean that out of the blue the user has a name and greeting from a user that had that number in the past ?

Do you have more than one MAS if it is a MM ? And does it do this on both or just one ?

Hi Ken,

Yup the users phone was setup and working perfectly and then all of a sudden it has the old employee's greeting and name.

MM 5.2 and the issue occurs on both MAS servers.

Thanks

Follow the instructions in SOLN124706 and see if that fixes the issue. It sounds like the fedb might be corrupted.
