Hi there all,

I have an old iSDX switch built in 1991.

The main cabinet is a dark grey crackle finish. I would like to touch up some of the marks on it and wondered if anyone out there knows exactly the name of this dark grey colour and where paint might be obtained from, please?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you in anticipation,

Telecoman.

Halfords standard grey primer is a pretty good match. Available in spray can only as far as i am aware.

It dries ever so slightly lighter than the original finish ( slight blue tinge perhaps? )

In the past i have had to re-spray isdx 'S' and 'L' cabinets and have used it all over the exterior.

Hi Pablo100,

Thank you for your reply.

Halfords have their own grey primer in single very small touch up bottles with a tiny brush but having tried it, this is much too light.

I would have thought that Halfords own grey primer in spray cans was the same shade as the touch up bottles.

Thanks again,

Best regards,

Telecoman.
