NEW to Avaya. I have ip office with digital sets and call attendant. Can this system do a temporary call center/hunt group function? I need these phones to be able to answer lines for now.Any assistance would be greatly aprprciated I am new to IP Office and products.
 
I dont really understand the question. Please be a little more spcific and I am sure we will be able to help.
 
In the Manager create a new HuntGroup give it a free number, select "collective" put in the extension that needs to be able to answer the incomming call.
If you don't want Voicemail turn VM off for the group. If you want it to overflow to another group set the overflow timer and put a overflow group in the overflow list.

In the incomming call route point the DDI to the Huntgroup.
