I'm told it is supported but when I make or receive a call, it lasts anywhere between 10 & 30 seconds and then it drops.
In Monitor I get (CMCauseNetworkOOO)
The IP DECT has been upgraded to v1.1.13 which was supplied on the Admin CD.

Hi,

I have the exact same issue and for now I did not find the time to debug it :).
if you find something, don't hesitate to post it here

I will be installing R10 Service Pack 2 at my earliest opportunity, I have also raised a service request with Avaya.
I will keep you informed.

Have u checked the Licensing page in the Avaya IP Dect Mobility Manager ?
Becuase if I remember correct, calls will be disconnected when having Licensing issues.

Does anybody have examples of IP DECT (non R4) working with IP R10???

We are installing dect R4 and experience something similar but around two minutes before the call is ended.
Not sure if this is an issue with a firewall or software.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

We have raised this with Avaya, I will let you know as soon as I hear anything positive.

I saw this in monitor when the dect call was terminated:

09:34:35 484732072mS PRN: H245RTDSE --- Round trip delay timeout expiry, clearing call

Do you guys have the same error in monitor?

Hi alan24,

Any updates from Avaya on your case ?

Yes, they have recreated the issue in the lab. So I am guessing they are either working on a patch or a new service pack.
I am hoping to hear more this week.

Testing a CP for this tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Great ! On which version the CP is based ? SP1 or SP2 ?

Seems to work, thank god!!!

On to the next bug on site, unable to pickup calls that come from an IPOCC agent and figure out why reports are in German when scheduled!!

Fine. Do you think you can send me the CP ? Or at least the JIRA number ?

You would need to log a case with Avaya, they are well aware of the issue, but yours could be different and I don't want to be responsible for that.

Get a ticket open, run around sending traces and cross your fingers.

How come you haven't already logged this if you had it back in December?

I have already many case opened for R10 and I have told my customer this is a non-sense to use old DECT. As he just have a few handset it was not a priority :).

Can you send us the JIRA number of the bug (it should start with IPOFFICE-XXXXXXX) ?

Any update here? We have the same problem but I cannot find any PSN about it on the Avaya support site.
