OL2K/Exporting problem

OL2k problem. I need to move some folders and email to another persons email box.
I have subfolders under inbox, when I hilite a subfolder and export, it exports fine, CSV format. I email that to other person and can import the CSV file fine. But sub folders in that folder dont go, just the one I hi-lite.
How can I export the folder AND its subfolder in one shot?

The way I would do it if you have access to both mailboxes to to allow access to one mailbox for the other by Delegation and then drag and drop the folders needed.

I only usually export csv files for contacts. And from memory you can't do sub folders by default.

I may be wrong though.
