What is the best way to lock phones for after hours? Should i build an acd and have agent ids? If i do that how do i porgram the phones to be assigned agent ids? this is my first experience doing this.

also, could i make the phones only dial internal calls after the user has logged out?

thanks.

look at ld 86 tod/dow commands.. you can change all the frls at a time of day or day of week to a cost higher then your ncos's.. then if needed you'll need to add auth codes for an over ride... neither require a major program change usually, i recogmend using a single rlb for 911 so that the required ncos to make that call is still 0 or above

RDNA - Yes
Restricts agents from calling out using non-acd dns when logged out.

You can use NARS\BARS if you have the software packages; in the ESN Data Block you can use TODS (Time of Day Schedules) and RTCL (Routing Control).
Essentially you can split a 24 hour day up into 7 time periods, and change a sets NCOS level according to that time period.

thx for the info. i'll get back if i need help with it again!
