Ok a raw problem

Ok I will try to explain my problem, well in un extension I have ext 231 and the password to listen messages is 1234 ok I reset the mailbox and active again but went I let a message the display don't show "Message for You" ..

I will very glad that some one share his/she’s knowledge whit me...

Enable MSG WAITING.

Go to
Feature 983
Log Sys admin box.

Change box. then next over to msg waiting . Make it Y.

first do a feature * 0 and press the intercom button to verify your extension is correct...

then in voicemail config "feature 983
mbox
change
enter correct ext/mbox
verify extension is correct and msg waiting is set to yes

if you then leave a msg for extension and there is no mwi then reboot and try again

what is cool or was cool ..the ability to have technically equal people from all over the world share there problems and the resolutions to said problems on a free open forum....

what isnt cool is the sheer number of people asking the most basic of questions and thinking that they are now norstar trained and capable of installing and or reprogramming a norstar phone system.
