OGM not playing to callers 1

Hi,
Please i have set up an OGM greeting message on floating extension 506.Configured the PRI lines to land on the floating extension 503 for day, lunch,break and night.
But when a caller calls the pilot number he or she hears the call progress tone and not the OGM. Please I need help.
Secondly is there a way I can reduce the duration of the phone ringing.When I call an extension it rings continuously until I drop the call.I want to set the ringing duration to 15 seconds.Thank you
 
506 or 503?

Point line/ddi to OGM number (check you have recording on by dialling *362 503/506)

You will need to set intercepts or call forwarding
 
If you require the OGM to be played as moh then this needs to be set within the slot parameters.
 
Hi WhiteGooner, the OGM is on slot 503.I get a replay of the audio file if I dial *362503, meaning the file is in there.
But could it be a PBX factory defect?
 
No worries whitegooner, i ve resolved the issue.
