i was instructed to take away the ability to forward calls off site, or off-net. I tried changing my line from cfxa to cfxd and it still lets me off-net to my cell phone. What am i missing?

Thanks,
Nick

Change the number of digits on your call forward key to the length of your extension numbers. Right now it may be cfw 12 and you need to change it to cfw 4.

Is there an easy way to script it and blanket all of the TNs with cfw 4?

Not sure about scripting it. I think to run a script you would have to run a TNB, make the changes and then run it all back in. If you have OTM or TM you could do a Global Change.

i do have TM.

One thing though. That would solve the forwarding off-site problem, but how do i restrict the transfer to on site only?

I think the off site transfer would be restricted by entering FTTR in CLS, they are probably now FTTU.

All set. I actually went into ld 15
